This is amazing...and very well thought out....a butterfly collage and generartion pictures. My logo, hearts, more butterflies and flowers...tears are flowing. I love that kid! Well....since she is over 21...I love my grown baby!  Thought I would share!

How to curve a french braid

 Watch "221. Curving a french braid" on YouTube A lot of inquirys on curving a french braid ...and a cute kid going "Miss Kay I like you wear your hair like that, Mommy wants to know how you do that!" And a look at "Mommy" and she says "i sure do!" Well....heres an explaination of the process.

LOTD: French Horn

The look of the day...so simple....anyone that can french braid can do it. Start by directing all the hair toward the center like a mohawk. Then from the back...braid a french braid all the way to the crown...when reaching the crown...start taking slightly larger hair sections on one side...smaller on other side....this will cause a curve...continue to the front and braid the hair to its eternity. Shape the tail into a rams horn formation. Anchor down lightly. I usually use a single bobbi-pin but if you need more...use more.

SOPA and PIPA is censorship

 Watch "216. SOPA and PIPA is censorship" on YouTube if you had a building....that had 1 broken window...logic would suggest you fix the broken window. The governments way of fixing a building with a broken window...tear down the whole building. The SOPA and PIPA bills would do just that...tear down the whole building instead of fixing the broken window. Hidden in the context of stopping priracy of music they have threats against free speech. They dont want to just zapp the ones doing wrong....but everyone else too. This must stop. Sign the petiton to let your congressman know thats a "NO" on tearing down the building. Passing these bills would affect sites like facebook, twitter, youtube, blogs...everything on the internet. This is America...freedom of speech must be maintained.

Using a neti-pot

Using a neti-pot is a good thing. It is a cost effective and natural way to clear out the sinuses, remove excess mucusc, rid nostrils of allergens. It cleans nasal passages of dust, it dissolves mucus build up and relieves nasal dryness. It makes breathing easier before and after excercise and when entering a warm house after being out in the cold. A clean nose is a happy nose. This is worth a try. There are 2 in this house, I bought both of them on Amazon, about a year apart. One is ceramic...classic....mine...and warms to the tempurature of the water in it. The other is made of "bio-plastic"...eco neti pot...mom's....better for the evinroment as it can be recycled if you ever decide you dont want it. Also the eco pot is made in a way that it cant harm the enviroment and its unbreakable. Heres a vid showing how to use it:

Mini twists in a double wrapped ponytail

I double wrapped a ponytail so I could tuck all the ends in flat. First make a ponytail. Then take another ponytail holder and wrap around the first one at the base. There's gray in the front but hey...at 47 there should be some...so no worries.
