And there are those who would say this isnt fat....however my waist now measures what my hips used to measure and my hips are 10 inches wider. I went from 215 down to 164, up to 175....held at 175 for a year. Over the holidays....went to 179. Now im at 177....and im gonna keep going till my stomach is flat again.
My knees are already starting to hurt from the extra weight...its time to go.
