Stuck it in the freezer, then scraped at it with a spatula, then a butter knife then a dry bottle brush. This was one of those things I knew was beyond me. I asked my friends in soaping 101 and got the 411. There are no divots in the wood from doing it this way, which I'm sure there would have been if I went with my first instinct...which would have been to wash it...or soak it. I'm gonna let it dry before I use it again....then all future linings will be with plastic. That way....I can get the soap out without the paper ripping cuz it got compromised by hot soap leaking through. If I can....I will find a silicone mold that fits in here and use it as a liner.

Soap seep
The soap seeped thru the paper....which acted like glue and forced me to protect the soap then slam the mold on the floor to get the soap out. The soap is ok, in fact its very pretty....so the challenge then became, "how to clean this hardened soap out of the mold"

The wrapping of Face!

Becuz of the way I planned to package the Face soap, in coffee filter paper, then stacked and wrapped with plastic,.. I made sure it was completely cured. Then I did this. Each soap was closed with a label. And this is the finished result. I do need to get more of these tubes to make molds out of....they hold exactly 18 oz and the soap cured quickly. Still made it wait full time....but the recipe turned out to be very skin friendly, so I'm gonna need to make much more of this.
Cp version of oatmilk coffee soap...
And since Sharon inspired the mp version, I figure the first batch will be a remake of the Shower Perk Up.
There was drama when mixing the oatmilk and lye...I learned oatmilk reacts to lye the same way other milks do.....save one exception....it won't saponify...it just congeals. It came out creamy and perfect. Oat is great for the skin and cp is easier to make than mp. Who said that? Yop...I said it. Instead of nuking soap slabs........I can just mix and measure and pour and done.

Crown Braids
Same tecnique as crown twists with 2 exceptions: 1...you braid instead of rope twisting. 2....You anchor the ends. Then add a decorative ribbon, clip, or headband. Gives a whole different effect.

Strait kenekalon extentions
First braid up your hair...then crochet in some extentions. Here I've only done the back. That turned out so well....I'm gonna do all of it. Front, side, back. Stay tuned.
